Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • All guests must go to the BRMC's North Gate to check in and will receive directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day.
  • The gate hours are as follows:
    • Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm
    • Saturday: 8am - 4pm
    • Sunday: 8am - 2pm
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • This is a ground-level luxury condo with ease of access for the mobility-impaired.
  • All guests must check in at the North Gate to receive directions and arrival packet.
  • There is one exterior security camera, overseen by the Blue Ridge Mountain Club (not BRMR or the homeowner), mounted on the outside of the building facing the parking area.
  • An elevator is available for guest use.

Policies and Rules

  • This condo is part of a shared-wall community and has quiet hours after 9:00pm on weeknights (Sunday - Thursday) and 11:00pm on weekends (Friday - Saturday).
  • The communities of Mitchell and Craig in the Blue Ridge Mountain Club do not permit pets for rentals. No pets are allowed in this unit.
  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs, UTVs, or dirt bikes. For information about ATV rentals please visit the Off Road Adventures website.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains are required in times of snow and ice. It is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
  • Construction noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.

Fees and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee.
  • Classes at the Fitness Center are available for a small per-day fee. Additional charges may apply for some amenities and services (e.g., spa and massage services).

Parking Information

  • Covered parking is included with the condo.
  • Free parking is available.
  • There is one exterior security camera facing the parking area.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Wifi internet is available.
  • Digital cable programming with Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room.
  • Washer and dryer available (with a starter set of laundry pods provided).
  • Well-stocked kitchen with all utensils needed to cook meals.
  • A starter set of paper products is provided at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and linens will be provided.
  • Hair dryer is provided.
  • Climate control is provided.
  • Dishwasher, toaster, oven, and stove are available in the kitchen.
  • Ironing board & iron are available.
